CVE-2017-11428 is a high vulnerability (CVSS 7.7) in Onelogin Ruby-saml, published April 17, 2019. No source lists public exploit code. EPSS puts the chance of exploitation in the next 30 days at 2.46%, the 84th percentile. Fixed in ruby-saml 1.7.0.
