Terms of service
Last updated
These terms cover "Every CVE" (the "Service"), at everycve.com and through its API and MCP server. By using the Service, you agree to them.
Using the Service
Respect the rate limits, don't share API keys to get around them, and don't disrupt the Service or use it for anything unlawful.
The data
The data comes from public sources and belongs to them. Each source's license is on the sources page, so follow it when you reuse the data. The Service links to exploit information but doesn't host exploit code.
No warranty
The Service and its data are provided as is, with no guarantee that they're accurate, complete or current. Don't rely on them as your only basis for security decisions.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the people who operate the Service aren't liable for any loss from using it or being unable to use it.
Changes
The Service or these terms may change at any time, and API keys may be revoked, including for breaking these terms. For questions, email [email protected].
