Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Applications DBA. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Applications DBA.
