bind: Fix of 3 CVEs
- CVE-2026-19666: clear the NOQNAME proof alias on the DNS64 filter64 path in query_find(), so query_addnoqnameproof() no longer dereferences the rdataset that query_filter64() has already returned to the message rdataset pool
- CVE-2026-19667: reject negative cache records that do not fit in a dns_rdata_t; copy_rdataset()/addoptout() now bound the assembled record by DNS_RDATA_MAXLENGTH instead of letting a 64 KiB record reach dns_rdataslab_fromrdataset(), where it trips INSIST(length <= 0xffff) and aborts named
- CVE-2026-80274: record the denial type (NSEC or NSEC3) next to the NOQNAME proof owner so isc__rdatalist_getnoqname() returns the same denial record isc__rdatalist_addnoqname() selected, instead of the first one in wire order

Fix CVE(s): CVE-2026-19666, CVE-2026-80274
- SECURITY UPDATE: a resolver using dns64 with break-dnssec yes could abort when a partially excluded AAAA RRset had been cached with a NOQNAME proof (use-after-free on the filter64 path)
- debian/patches/CVE-2026-19666.patch: clear the NOQNAME proof alias on the DNS64 filter64 path (upstream c185a0d8c5)
- CVE-2026-19666
- SECURITY UPDATE: a resolver could abort on a wildcard answer whose NOQNAME proof owner carries both a signed NSEC3 and an unsigned NSEC, because the proof was selected by wire position when caching and when serving
- debian/patches/CVE-2026-80274.patch: record the denial type the validator accepted and use it when caching and serving the NOQNAME proof (upstream 2db650ce4e); adds dns_rdataset_addnoqnametype() rather than changing the dns_rdataset_addnoqname() ABI
- debian/libdns1104.symbols: record dns_rdataset_addnoqnametype(), added so dns_rdataset_addnoqname() keeps its signature

- debian/patches/CVE-2026-13321.patch: reject an NSEC RRset whose next owner name is not a subdomain of the RRSIG signer name in dns_dnssec_verify3() in lib/dns/dnssec.c.

- SECURITY UPDATE: assertion failure with dns64 and break-dnssec
- debian/patches/CVE-2026-19666.patch: clear the noqname alias on the DNS64 filter64 path in query_find() in bin/named/query.c; add the upstream dns64 system test for a partially excluded wildcard AAAA.
- CVE-2026-19666
